JEWELL ENGSTROM
Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Disney ABC Networks Group

Jewell Engstrom is chief financial officer and executive vice president, Disney ABC Networks Group. She joined the Company in 1990 and was promoted to her current role in 2005. Based in Burbank, Ms. Engstrom reports to Anne Sweeney, co-chair, Disney Media Networks and president, Disney/ABC Television Group.

Ms. Engstrom has international finance and accounting responsibilities for Disney ABC Networks Group's Disney Channels Worldwide, which are available in more than 160 countries, and the U.S. cable platforms ABC Family and SOAPnet.

She also oversees financial issues for the Disney Television Animation production unit and Disney's equity interest in AETN, LLC (A&E, History Channel and Lifetime). Additionally, Ms. Engstrom formulates new financial and business opportunities for the group and oversees long-term planning. She serves as a member of Board of Directors for AETN, LLC.

Ms. Engstrom has held several finance management positions during her 20 years with The Walt Disney Company, most recently as chief financial officer and senior vice president of Disney ABC Cable Networks Group. She joined Disney Channel in September of 1990 as manager of finance.

Prior to her tenure at Disney, she spent six years working for Price Waterhouse in their financial services group, handling a wide variety of clients ranging from banks to entertainment companies.
