Disney|ABC Television Group is comprised of The Walt Disney Company’s global entertainment and news television properties, owned television stations group, and radio business. This includes ABC Studios, the ABC Owned Television Stations Group, and the ABC Television Network, which provides entertainment, news and kids programming to viewers via more than 200 affiliated stations across the U.S. It also includes Disney Channels Worldwide, a portfolio of 107 kid-driven, family-inclusive entertainment channels, including Disney Channel, Disney XD, Disney Junior, Disney Cinemagic, Hungama, and Radio Disney brands, as well as cable network ABC Family, which targets Millennials. Disney|ABC Television Group also has equity interest in A+E Networks, Hulu, and Fusion.

U.S. Television Network:ABC Television Network
ABC Television Network provides broadcast programming to more than 200 affiliated stations across the U.S. The Network encompasses ABC News, which is responsible for news programming on television and other digital platforms, and ABC Entertainment Group, a partnership between ABC Studios and ABC Entertainment responsible for the network’s daytime, primetime, and late-night entertainment programming.

ABC Owned Television Stations Group
The ABC Owned Television Stations Group includes WABC-TV New York, KABC-TV Los Angeles, WLS-TV Chicago, WPVI-TV Philadelphia, KGO-TV San Francisco, KTRK-TV Houston, WTVD-TV Raleigh-Durham and KFSN-TV Fresno. The eight owned stations reach 23.3% of all U.S. television households. All are strong performers in their local markets, with 7 of 8 ranking #1 sign-on to sign-off in core 18-49 and 25-54 audiences.

ABC Entertainment Group
Formed in 2009, the ABC Entertainment Group, comprised of ABC Entertainment and ABC Studios, develops and produces compelling programming across all day parts for both national and international broadcast and digital platforms, as well as for national syndication.
ABC Family, a top home for Millennial audiences and one of the most social networks in television, is distributed to over 97 million homes. It features programming reflecting today’s families, entertaining and connecting with adults through authentic and relatable programming about today’s relationships – told with a mix of diversity, passion, humor and heart. ABC Family’s programming is a combination of network-defining original series like “Pretty Little Liars,” “Switched at Birth,” and “Baby Daddy,” as well as original movies, quality acquired series, and blockbuster theatricals. ABC News is responsible for all of the ABC Television Network’s news programming, including “World News Tonight with David Muir,” “Nightline,” “Good Morning America,” “20/20,” “This Week with George Stephanopoulos,” ABC News Radio, ABCNews.com, and satellite service NewsOne. NewsOne, the affiliate news service of ABCNews, provides live and packaged news, sports, and weather reports, as well as footage of news events, to 200 ABC affiliates and more than 30 domestic and international clients.

Disney Channels Worldwide
Disney Channels Worldwide is a global portfolio of over 100 kid-driven, family-inclusive entertainment channels and/or channel feeds available in 163 countries/territories, in 34 languages. The platform brands are Disney Channel, Disney Junior, Disney XD, Disney Cinemagic, Hungama, and Radio Disney. The group’s multiplatform strategy includes authenticated TV Everywhere services for mobile devices through WATCH Disney Channel, WATCH Disney Junior, and WATCH Disney XD apps, as well as subscription video-on-demand, content-rich broadband websites DisneyXD.com, DisneyJunior.com, DisneyChannel.com and RadioDisney.com.
Disney ABC Domestic Television
Disney|ABC Home Entertainment and Television Distribution is the in-home content distribution arm for The Walt Disney Company within North America. The division provides top-tier motion pictures and television programming to a wide spectrum of traditional and new media platforms including Blu-ray/DVD, electronic home video, video-on-demand (residential and hotel), subscription video-on-demand, pay television, basic cable, broadcast television, online and other digital technologies.

Disney Media Distribution (DMD) is responsible for the international distribution of The Walt Disney Company’s branded and non-branded content to all platforms, encompassing television, broadband, and mobile outlets.
With strong demand for DATG content around the world, DMD is currently selling programming into more than 220 international markets, and this success has allowed DMD to pre-sell a number of new series globally before they air on the network.
DMD’s content portfolio includes feature films, scripted and reality series, live-action and animated kids content, ABC News, and specials such as the annual Academy Awards®. DMD also oversees channel distribution worldwide for Disney-branded channels, such as Disney Channel, Disney XD and Disney Junior, as well as ESPN-branded channels, including ESPN Classic and ESPN America.

A+E Networks is an award-winning global media company offering consumers a diverse communications environment ranging from television networks to websites, home videos/DVDs, gaming, and educational software. A+E Networks is comprised of A&E Network, Lifetime, HISTORY, LMN, BIO., H2, HISTORY en Español, Crime & Investigation Network, Military HISTORY, Lifetime Real Women, A&E IndieFilms, A+E Networks International, A+E Networks Digital, and A+E Networks Consumer Products. Hulu is an online video service that offers a selection of hit TV shows, clips, movies and more on the free, ad-supported Hulu.com service, and the subscription service Hulu Plus. Viewers can instantly stream current season episodes of primetime TV shows like Family Guy, Modern Family, Glee, Grey’s Anatomy, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, The Colbert Report and many others. Fusion is a joint venture between ABC News and Univision News. it is a multiplatform news, information and entertainment service that delivers culturally relevant programming in English to U.S. Hispanics, the youngest and fastest growing demographic in the U.S.
